Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Crescendo social media scheduling application (the "Service") operated by Orgasmaphoria ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Crescendo schedules and publishes content to connected social media accounts on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you schedule and for maintaining the accuracy of your connected account credentials.
2. Accounts and access
Access is provided to authorized users by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access at any time for misuse.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, or that violates any connected platform's terms (including unlabeled adult content where labeling is required).
- Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, or automated abuse of any platform's rate limits.
- Do not attempt to access other users' posts, accounts, or data.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service interacts with third-party platforms (Bluesky, Mastodon, Tumblr, X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Pixelfed, and others) via their public APIs. Their terms apply to content published through the Service, and they may change or restrict access at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms against your accounts or content.
5. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you create and schedule. You grant the Service only the limited right to store and publish that content as needed to operate its functions for you.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scheduled posts may fail, be delayed, or publish incorrectly due to factors outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled content before it publishes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orgasmaphoria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost revenue, removed platform content, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
